The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two persons of interest in reference to a Theft II incident which occurred in the 700 block of H Street, NW, on Monday, January 18, 2016, at approximately 6:40 PM. The subjects were captured by the establishment's surveillance cameras.
