The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two persons of interest in reference to a Theft II incident which occurred in the 300 block of Water Street, SE, on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at approximately 10:39 PM. The subjects were subsequently captured by the store's surveillance cameras.
